Terms of Service

I. Disclaimer

-I reserve the right to refuse a commission if it doesn't suit my skills
-Disrespectful behaviour can result in cancellation of your commission
-By commissioning me, you agree to the outlined terms

II. Payment and refunds

-Payment is due in full upfront
-Payment is done through Paypal invoice
-Invoices are sent using EUR currency
-I do not provide refunds once I start working on the commission or if you have bought one of my adopts

III. Important information for clients

-Write in clear and respectful manner when contacting me about commissions
-Please provide clear reference images
-Moodboards are welcome
-Carefully read through the ToS

IV. Process and schedule

-I will send over a lineart for approval before continuing the commission
-I will be sending regular WIP updates
-I will try to complete the comission as fast as I can (usually 1-2 weeks)

V. Finished product

-Once the commission is completed you will receive several files:-Image with the watermark
-Image without the watermark
-Transparent Image of the symbol
-Image with transparent background
